Closed size and open size are different checks
The MT-P001 reference design lists a closed depth of 39.4 in (100.2 cm) and an open depth of 126.1 in (320.2 cm). It illustrates why the closed cabinet footprint alone is not enough. Those numbers belong to that design reference, not every electric kitchen.

For either opening style, request a drawing showing the full cover movement and check it against walls, roof structures, vegetation and the area people will use. A low closed profile does not establish that the cover will fit beneath an overhang when open.
Separate opening style from equipment selection
Manual opening does not mean the kitchen works without electricity. Refrigeration, lighting and other selected equipment may still need power. For an electric version, confirm the opening mechanism’s supply requirements separately from the grill, refrigerator and lighting.
- Request the appliance list: grill, sink, faucet, refrigerator, storage and any optional accessories.
- Confirm U.S. voltage, frequency, fuel type and the documentation for the exact supplied equipment.
- For powered opening, ask how operation, manual release if provided, controls and service access are handled.
- Confirm material grade, coating, worktop and maintenance instructions for the selected design.
The 23 kitchen-pod designs include different opening systems and materials. They are quotation references; do not assume they all use the same motor, stainless grade, equipment package or weather rating.
Questions before choosing an opening style
Is electric opening always the better option?
Choose according to how you want to operate the cover, the available opening space, utilities and the quoted service arrangements. The mechanism alone does not establish cooking performance or product durability.
Does the cover make the kitchen weatherproof?
A cover description is not a verified weather rating. Ask for the selected model’s exposure limits, maintenance requirements and any conditions for leaving the cover open or closed.
Can I compare both formats before requesting a quote?
The integrated-kitchen page contains separate high and low series galleries and opening demonstration videos. Use those to choose the format, then send the desired dimensions and equipment for a project-specific quote.
