A longer cabinet run does not by itself establish grill capacity. Compare each equipment list and drawing to understand how the space is divided between cooking, washing, refrigeration and preparation.

Review the pizza-oven layout

MT-P015 lists a 3410 mm width and a pizza oven in its reference equipment. Its material description includes an aluminum outer frame, 304 stainless cabinet modules, marble counters and a teak floor. Confirm the appliance details and supplied items before ordering.

Check access and the chosen option

MT-P014 lists a 4000 mm width. MT-P020 has several width options, of which 3260 mm and 3520 mm qualify here. Provide site access measurements and ask for packed dimensions, weight and unloading requirements for the chosen version.

MT-P014 lists an overall width of 4000 mm (157.5 in). That dimension does not include a verified working aisle or establish the required open-cover clearance.

Does a large kitchen serve a particular number of guests?

The catalog does not verify a guest-count rating. Cooking surface, appliance output, menu and workflow need separate review; total cabinet width is not enough to make that promise.

Are wide kitchens supplied in one piece?
